Introduction and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the ck000 platform and all of its services. By accessing ck000 through the website, mobile version, or any other channel, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

These Terms are drafted for users in Bangladesh and written in Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative. ck000 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered automatic acceptance of the updated Terms.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" — the ck000 website and all associated services.
• "User" / "You" — any person who creates an account on ck000 or uses its services.

Account Registration and Eligibility

Deposit, Withdrawal, and Payment Policy

3.1 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount on ck000 for each payment method is ৳100 (one hundred taka). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Transactions below these amounts cannot be processed.

Payments through methods other than those listed above are not accepted. Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted.

3.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. In certain cases, additional time may be required due to identity verification or security checks.

3.4 Transaction Security

ck000 uses SSL encryption for all financial transactions. If a suspicious transaction is detected, ck000 reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account and conduct a verification review.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. A deposit of ৳12,000 or more will earn the maximum bonus of ৳8,000, bringing the total balance to ৳20,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount. The current wagering multiplier is 10x. For example, a ৳1,500 bonus × 10 means a total of ৳15,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonuses may only be used on games approved on the platform.
• Using multiple accounts to exploit bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is completed.
• ck000 reserves the right to cancel bonuses in cases of suspicious activity.
• The validity period of a bonus will be stated in the applicable promotion.

4.4 Bonus Changes

ck000 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Advance notice of changes will be provided on the platform.

Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Betting Activities

• Platinum — weekly cashback of up to 1.2%.

6.2 Tier Changes

It is possible to advance to a higher VIP tier through regular gaming activity and active participation on the platform. ck000 reserves the right to amend the terms of VIP benefits.

6.3 Cashback Distribution

Cashback is calculated weekly and credited to the account in accordance with the rules of the relevant tier. A minimum wagering requirement, similar to that applied to bonuses, may also apply to cashback withdrawals.

Responsible Gaming

7.1 Policy

Dispute Resolution

12.2 Closure at ck000's Initiative

ck000 reserves the right to close an account without prior notice if a breach of terms, fraud, suspected money laundering, or prohibited activity is detected.

12.3 Inactive Accounts

An administrative fee may apply to accounts that have been inactive for an extended period, in accordance with the applicable policy. Users will be given advance notice of this.

Amendments & Updates

ck000 may modify any part of these terms and conditions as needed. A clear notice will be posted on the platform for significant changes.
